  • HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If for any reason you or the person you purchased a gift for are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns on items that are returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact within 14 business days of receiving your order. *Please note sale items and gift cards are final sale and do not qualify for returns/exchanges.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please email info@youthandasia.shop within 14 business days of receiving your order to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Please include original order confirmation number in the subject line.

Return requests will be processed in the order that they are received and all inquiries will be answered within 24hrs.

Returns will not be accepted without a RA# and email communication authorizing return request.

Returns must be received within 10 business days of receiving your RA# to be eligible for CC refund back to the original card used at time of purchase. Please clearly mark you RA# on the outside of the packaging.

All returns that do not meet the above criteria will only be considered for online store credit. Store credit will be issued through email with webcode detailed.

 

  • HOW DO I SHIP A RETURN?

Clients can request a pre-paid shipping label to be emailed with their RA#. A return shipping fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

  • HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

    • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If there was a mistake on the part of YOUTH&ASIA, or in the case that the item received is defective/damaged, shipping costs for delivery and return and refund of the item will be compensated.

    Monetary refunds should appear back on the original CC used at the time of purchase within 5-10 business days.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
